ADAFEST is a cultural federation that gathers broadcasting and distribution structures throughout Senegal. Its main goal is to enhance the competence of the sector.
The platform was set up to address issues frequently encountered by Senegalese cultural actors : difficulty to access funding sources, harmonisation of the cultural agenda, training and finally decentralisation of cultural activities which are too concentrated in the capital.

ADAFEST positions itself as a platform for dialogue, exchange and mutual support between all stakeholders in the cultural sphere. It aims to find solutions to the inherent problems within the sector.
Programme 2012-2014 : Africalia supports efforts to enhance administrative and financial management ; network structuring ; training courses in advocacy.
