A few words about your artistic journey

I started slam by attending Friday evenings Slam and Krefour Poetic, then I released my first collection of OXYMORIC poems. I have run several slam initiation workshops in prisons, schools, cultural centers and participate in many local and international scenes.

How long have you been an artist ?

I have been an artist for 6 years, in fact, I started to slam 2014.

Why did you apply for this grant ? How will the grant support you ?

I applied for this grant so as not to remain inactive despite this period of crisis, but also out of a desire to work with Africalia to develop a new alternative project. Finally, because I wanted to make my voice heard on the internet, set new goals for myself.

What are your concrete artistic objectives after this residency ?

My artistic objectives will be to put my INTRO project online, to popularize my slam with internet users and to master the use of digital tools.
